“Accommodate” Cuttlefish

The "accomodate" cuttlefish recipe: stewed cuttlefish accompanied by vegetables.

FOR 4 PEOPLE

You need 600 grams of cuttlefish cleaned by removing the entrails, the bone, the eyes and the beak.

Ingredients

600 grams of cuttlefish

300 grams of tomatoes

600 grams of potatoes

1 sweet pepper

extra virgin Taggiasca olive oil

1 cloves of garlic

1 bunch of parsley

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop two cloves of garlic and a handful of parsley, fry them in a saucepan with olive oil.

Add the cuttlefish with salt and pepper, cooking them for a few minutes over a low heat, stirring.

Add 300 grams of tomatoes, 1 glass of lukewarm water and simmer for about half an hour.

Finally, add 600 grams of potatoes cut into small pieces (also 1 pepper), cover everything with broth and simmer until cooked, adding a few tablespoons of broth or hot water if necessary.

Instead of potatoes (and pepper) you can use fresh peas or artichokes or both.
